1) Eligibility & Account Information
You agree that any information you provide (including name, email, shipping address, and payment details) is accurate and up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (if applicable).
2) Products (Made-to-Order / Personalized)
Many Pivot Athletics products are made-to-order and personalized. By placing an order, you acknowledge that:
Production begins shortly after the order is placed
Personalized details (such as names, numbers, sizes, and designs you select) are created based on the information you submit
Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, and production processes
Please review all customization details carefully before checkout.
3) Pricing, Taxes, and Billing
All prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise.
Taxes and shipping fees (if applicable) are calculated at checkout.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders already placed and confirmed.
If a payment is rejected or reversed, we may cancel the order.
4) Order Acceptance & Cancellation
Order acceptance: We reserve the right to accept, refuse, or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or stock/production limitations.
Cancellations/changes: Because items are made-to-order:
Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel or change your order.
Once production has started, cancellations or changes may not be possible.
If we approve a cancellation before production begins, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
5) Shipping & Delivery
Shipping and delivery estimates are provided in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs (international), and peak seasons.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control.
6) Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Because many items are custom and made-to-order, returns are generally limited to cases such as wrong items, damage, or defects (as described in the policy).
7) Intellectual Property
All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and other materials—is owned by or licensed to Pivot Athletics and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
